Your 28-Day Flat Belly Formula Personal Training Program

The entire program is 28 days long. You'll need to work out with me at my gym for thirty minutes for each training session. Thirty minutes doesn't seem long enough, but you'd be surprised at what you can accomplish in just thirty minutes when you efficiently use your time. Plus, this saves time for you to do other things in your personal life. You'll have 12 training session credits to use. I recommend you schedule them three times per week during the 28-day program. If you can't make it three times per week, no worries, you can come in at the frequency that best fits your schedule. You'll have plenty of time slots to choose from on my booking app. The best part is, you can use your 12 sessions at your convenience. The key is to try to have some consistency and use all 12 training session credits within the 28 days to achieve the results. 

Your 28-Day Flat Belly Formula Online Training Program

For the remaining 16 days in the 28-day program, you'll have a customized online training program to follow. If you have any injuries or limitations, I'll create workouts that fit your needs. All of the workouts will be bodyweight exercises, so there is no need for equipment or to be at a gym. You can exercise in the convenience and comfort of your home. The training sessions will be 30 minutes long. All you have to do is use the app, press play, and follow the video instructions. You can choose to perform these workouts at home or at my gym on your own. The exercises will be challenging but never impossible. You'll always have motivation and accountability from me since I'll be in the videos, and I will be tracking your progress with a log and heart rate monitor through the app.

I'm going to equip you with a done for you meal plan crafted to help you increase your metabolism and burn more fat. This meal plan is not a diet; it's a 28-day custom made meal plan that is made just for you. If you have any food allergies or preferences, your needs will be taken into account when creating your meal plan. The best part is your meal plan app gives you options to swap foods in real-time so you can eat what you like. Your meal plan will have a shopping list, schedule, and recipes. This meal plan takes all the guessing out of the equation; all you have to do is read it and eat it. The best part is we're going to work on burning belly fat, flattening, and defining your abs. Your 28-Day Flat Belly Formula Program Results

At the end of the 28 days, we'll schedule a meeting to evaluate your progress. You should see a weight loss of 12-19 pounds and a flatter, more defined midsection. As a byproduct of my program, your legs, butt, back, and arms will firm. Your body fat percentage should decrease by at least 2% or more. You'll probably drop a clothes size or two as well, so be ready to go shopping after your 28 days are up. A few of my clients have come into the gym with the biggest smiles because they had to get a smaller sized scrub or dress for work. How cool is that! Their expression is the reason why I do what I do.

Now, typically my clients pay around $367/month or more plus the $40 gym membership fee to get personal training from me. Your total will only be $267 plus the $40 gym membership fee for the entire 28-day flat belly training program and meal plan.
