My Fitness Boot Camp is known as Warrior Camp. I combine Calisthenics, Circuit Training, Strength, Conditioning, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises that deliver a high-calorie-burning workout. It's a circuit of tire flipping, box jumping, flutter kicking, rope pulling, back squatting, kettlebell swinging super HIGH intensity, heart-pumping workouts that ANYONE can do no matter your age or fitness level.
