CARDIO KICKBOXING Cardio Kickboxing started with asking one question: ​ "What's wrong with most group classes?"​ What I found out was surprising: ​ Group classes are TOO BIG and ONE DIMENSIONAL for most people to stay engaged!  So I created a weight loss fitness program to keep my group fitness sessions EXCLUSIVE, FUN, CHALLENGING and ENGAGING. ​ Cardio Kickboxing combines Heavy Bag Striking combinations, Strength Training, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that delivers a high calorie burning workout. Cardio Kickboxing is a Circuit of bag striking, tire flipping, rope pulling, back squatting, kettle bell swinging super HIGH intensity, heart pumping workouts that ANYONE can do no matter your age or fitness level. Learn all the moves and correct forms so you feel AMAZING from losing belly fat and toning those muscles. ​ Cardio Kickboxing has become a COMMUNITY Meet inspiring men and women with POSITIVE mindsets and I am your passionate personal trainer that MOTIVATES and keeps you ACCOUNTABLE in achieving your fitness goals.  You'll experience an energetic atmosphere and gain fitness knowledge me that will tell all the best kept secrets to getting a firm lifted butt, flat belly, toned arms and a lean sexy body without all the unrealistic diets or countless hours in the gym.

You are responsible for canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your scheduled session you will lose that paid session. All sales are final.
