Service Description

My Fitness Boot Camp is known as Warrior Camp. I combine Calisthenics, Circuit Training, Strength, Conditioning, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises that deliver a high-calorie-burning workout. It's a circuit of tire flipping, box jumping, flutter kicking, rope pulling, back squatting, kettlebell swinging, super HIGH intensity, heart-pumping exercises that ANYONE can do no matter your age or fitness level. Learn all the moves and correct forms, so you feel AMAZING from losing belly fat and toning those muscles.  This weight loss and muscle toning training program is engaging, challenging, and fun! Meet inspiring men and women with POSITIVE mindsets and myself, who will be your passionate personal trainer that MOTIVATES and keeps you ACCOUNTABLE in achieving your fitness goals.   You'll experience an energetic atmosphere and gain fitness knowledge that will tell all the best-kept secrets to get a firm lifted butt, flat belly, toned arms, and a lean sexy body without all the unrealistic diets or countless hours in the gym.
