After receiving your body stats such as your weight, measurements, body fat percentage, viewing your "Before" photos, and discussing your goals in detail, I can help you construct a plan of action and a deadline to achieve your fitness goals. We'll talk strategy and create a meal plan and fitness program that best fits your needs. I'll introduce some realistic short term aims and create manageable long term goals that match with yours. Then I'll subscribe to my online trial workout program and meal plan, kind of like your "test drive" to see if you like the user platform and my training style. If it's the right fit for you and you want to learn more, we can discuss pricing and packages to determine which one works best.
You are responsible for canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your scheduled session you will lose that paid session. All sales are final.
