So we created a weight loss fitness program to keep our group fitness sessions EXCLUSIVE, FUN, CHALLENGING and ENGAGING with our group PERSONAL TRAINERS.
Warrior Camp combines Kick Boxing with Cardio, Strength Training, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that delivers a high calorie burning workout. Warrior Camp is a Circuit of bag striking, tire flipping, rope pulling, back squatting, kettle bell swinging super HIGH intensity, heart pumping kick ass workouts that ANYONE can do no matter your age or fitness level.
