CARDIO KICK BOXING

CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASS DESCRIPTION
 

In this group fitness class, we combine martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy 30 minute workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Workouts are timed in 1, to 3 minute rounds which consist of a dynamic of multi-discipline combinations including calisthenic exercises, core strengthening, speed and agility drills followed with cool down stretches at the end of class.

Protective equipment is available for purchase online and at the club location. Gloves are $49.99. Hand Wraps are $12.99.

 

Classes are available from 10:00 AM  to 10:00 PM Monday - Thursday.
