Wheat Protein Pancakes With Cottage Cheese

Here’s an awesome nutrient packed pancake recipe that you can chow down and feel guilt free about eating!

It’s made with the best ratio of nutrient packed ingredients that will fuel your fitness results and have you feeling satisfied and charged with energy for the day.

What you need

Servings: 2

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (32 g) 1/8 cup egg whites 1/8 cup cottage cheese

1/8 cup wheat pancake mix 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon sugar free maple syrup

1 teaspoon fat free sugar free ready whip

2 large strawberries sliced


1. Add the protein powder, egg whites, cottage cheese, wheat pancake mix, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl. Wisk the ingredients until the batter has a thick and creamy texture.

2. Preheat your pancake griddle to medium low heat and ensure your pan is greased with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil. Add the batter to the preheated grill to form 2 large pancakes. Cook one side for 3 minutes or until bubbles form then flip the pancakes to cook the other side for about 2 minutes.

3. Remove from heat immediately and top with fat free ready whip, sugar free maple syrup and one strawberry for each pancake.

Voila! A masterpiece of delicioness! Enjoy!
